Bed Bug Heat Treating Solutions
Into a Bed Bug Heat Treating Mobile Unit  Custom Electric Heating Units Safer Than Propane on City Streets! With a mobile electric bed bug heat treat system from Custom Heat Treat Chambers you can treat mattresses, furniture, bedding, clothing and other items without the use of harmful chemicals or pesticides. In this manner the temperature will rise quickly to kill the bed bugs before they have a tendency to scatter away from the heat. Sometimes when using heat to treat the whole house, it may take a long time for the temperature to rise to a lethal level, that the bugs can scatter back into walls and in crevices that perhaps the heat won't penetrate as much. Moving mattresses and furniture into a treatment area allows for a thorough cleaning and vacuuming easier than with the furniture there. This system is ideal for bed bug remediation for furniture rental stores, hotels and apartment buildings. If bedbugs are found in apartments and hotel rooms all the adjacent rooms in every direction should be treated as a minimum. 1 floor up and 1 floor down and rooms to the left and right and across the hallway should be included. Our system utilizes an electric heating system run by a diesel generator which is enclosed and mounted within the truck body. This ensures that the process will be as quiet as possible and since we are not using propane or CNG, it is much safer in crowded metropolitan neighborhoods. No worrying about exploding tanks or other catastrophes. We use an Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controller with 6 temperature probes and when all probes hit 120 Degrees Fahrenheit, the process with run for a full 30 minutes to ensure destruction of eggs, larva, and adult bugs. After the heat treatment cycle is complete, it goes into an automatic cool down cycle with fresh cool outside air so the furniture can be handled quickly and get set for the next batch of furniture. This allows your crew to continue to work in other areas knowing that a fully automatic process is taking care of business in the treating area.
